Responsible for deploying, managing, and optimizing enterprise infrastructure to ensure high efficiency and availability. This role requires comprehensive technical skills and problem-solving capabilities to support enterprise virtualization platforms, storage systems, backup, and recovery solutions. containerization technologies, and Loading balance, Reverse Proxy systems.

Key Responsibilities
1.Infrastructure Management
o Manage and maintain physical servers and storage devices to ensure hardware stability.
o Provide secure and reliable data storage solutions, ensuring data availability and safety.

2.Virtualization Platform Management
o Administer VMware vSphere and other virtualization platforms to optimize environments and deliver high availability.

3.Operating Systems and Enterprise Services Management
o Manage and optimize various operating systems (Windows Server, RHEL ,Ubuntu etc.).
o Support and maintain Microsoft O365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Intune.
o Utilize automation service platforms (e.g., ZOHO, Ansible) for efficient operations.

4.Containerization and DevOps Practices
o Deploy, manage, and monitor containerized applications using Docker.
o Implement basic DevOps practices to streamline development and deployment processes.
o Collaborate with development teams to integrate container solutions into CI/CD pipelines.

5.Reverse Proxy and Load Balancing Systems
o Configure and maintain reverse proxy and load balancing systems such as NGINX and HAProxy.
o Ensure high availability and scalability of enterprise applications through effective traffic distribution.

6.Backup and Recovery
o Plan and execute routine backups using tools like Veeam and Synology Active Backup for Business (ABB).
o Develop and periodically test disaster recovery plans (DRP) to ensure data integrity and availability.

7.Storage Management
o Configure and manage multi-brand storage devices (e.g., Synology, DELL EMC) to support fast data access and disaster recovery.

8.System Performance Monitoring and Optimization
o Utilize monitoring platforms (e.g. ZABBIX ,Grafana ,ELK ,Prometheus) for real-time performance monitoring.
o Prioritize and resolve issues promptly, continuously optimizing resource utilization.

9.Technical Documentation and Knowledge Sharing
o Maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including system topology diagrams and data flow diagrams.
o Share knowledge and best practices with team members to promote continuous improvement.

Qualifications
1.Education
o Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

2.Work Experience
o Minimum of 5 years of experience in system engineering or related roles with a solid understanding of infrastructure.

3.Technical Skills
o Proficient in VMware vSphere and other mainstream virtualization platforms.
o Familiar with Microsoft O365 and related technologies (Active Directory, Azure, Exchange, etc.).
o In-depth understanding of Windows and Linux operating systems with practical deployment and operation experience.
o Experience with containerization technologies, specifically Docker, including deployment, monitoring, and maintenance.
o Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools to enhance deployment and operational efficiency.
o Proficient in configuring and managing reverse proxy and load balancing systems such as NGINX and HAProxy.
o Familiar with mainstream storage devices (Synology, DELL EMC) and backup solutions management and maintenance.
o Strong networking and security awareness with an understanding of data networks, network security, and databases.
